All Welder‘s test certificate holders issued  by German  TUV  Thuringen,  DNV,  Lloyd's Register and Bureau Veritas (111, 131, 141, 136). All workers are highly experienced with minimum of 5 year working background in shipbuilding, ship repairs, pipe laying.

Fields of possible cooperation and services available:

Arrival to the location of the ship to develop flow sheet for the planned repair with consideration of:

  1. Compiling of the schemes of metal replacement with indication of the weight of each part, based on dimensions of the parts and visual inspection.
  2. Evaluation, engineering development, recommendations for repair performance of kinematics and hydraulics of hatch covers.
  3. Computation of preliminary cost on the basis of inspection of repair work including costs of materials.
  4. Engineering controlling during working process at shipping companies.
  5. Repair by company’s own experienced workers as well as repair with involvement of sub-contracting companies for all types of ship repair.
  6. Performance of emergency repair works during the sea passage or during the time ship stays at port.
  7. Engineering development for modernization and strengthening ship’s hull and shore constructions.
  8. Flow sheet development for metal cutting performed in AutoCAD program.
